Notebooc does not require WIFI or data services and allows you to view your notes anywhere you are. You can sort your notes by semester, classes, and subject. Notes are easy to view, and you can easily scroll through them. By tapping on an image in the scroll view, you enter a mode in which you can zoom in on your picture in great detail.
